  • Supplytechs Network is a network of startups in procurement. Its purpose is to build synergies among its members and strenghthen the movement of digitizing procurement with startups.

    All members agree to support the Supplytechs network and its purpose. There are two different kinds of membership:

    • Freemium Membership - 0€

      Freemium members actively contribute to the network by
      1. Publishing updates about Supplytechs on your company linkedin page and other media regularly
      2. Sharing exciting information about events, industry insights, etc among the Supplytechs startups on the Supplytechs Slack channel
      3. Link the Supplytechs website (https://supplytechs.com) on your company website
      Supplytechs reserves the right to suspend the startup from the membership or convert the membership into a Sponsoring Membership, if the above mentioned contributions are not fulfilled.

    • Sponsoring Membership - 299€/year

      Sponsoring members support the network by contributing to the network by paying an annual fee of 299€. They will receive an invoice at the beginning of each fiscal year. Memberships that start after January 1st pay a proportional fee for the year. Furthermore Sponsoring members reserve every right to also contribute in any other reasonable way.
    Memberships start after the official acceptance of the membership by Supplytechs. The membership can only be terminated by written notice at the end of each fiscal year. It is not possible to switch the membership kind from Sponsoring to Freemium during the fiscal year. The Supplytechs Network is legally conducted by Changepoint Advisory GmbH, Große Elbstraße 42, 22549 Hamburg, Germany.
